What Red says about you

The meeting has barely started and you have already volunteered, picked a deadline, and opened a new tab to begin. Red is the color of going first, and that's you. Permission, the perfect moment, and a second opinion are all things other people wait for. You would much rather try something and be wrong than spend an hour discussing it, and when you walk into a room people tend to look up, partly because you're usually mid-sentence.

Pressure suits you. Deadlines, competition, and a bit of chaos sharpen your focus when they would scatter most people. You say what you think, which saves everyone a great deal of time, and you bring real heat to the things and people you care about. A stuck group usually gets moving again about four minutes after you arrive.

Speed has a price. Sometimes you sprint past someone who needed one more minute, and your honesty can land harder than you meant it to. Think how many good ideas you may have missed because the person explaining them was slow to reach the point. Let somebody finish the whole sentence this week. The second half is often the useful part.
