A quiz about nerve, not technique
Demon Slayer fans can argue all night about forms, rankings, and who would win in a fight. This quiz skips all of that. It matches you with one of seven characters based on how you act when you're scared, worn out, or responsible for someone smaller than you, which is most of what the series is really about.
The manga by Koyoharu Gotouge ran in Weekly Shōnen Jump from 2016 to 2020, and ufotable's anime adaptation started in 2019. You don't need to have finished either one. It's twelve questions, about two minutes, with no sign-up.
Who's in the lineup
Tanjiro is kind to everyone, works harder than anyone, and is a terrible liar. Nezuko says almost nothing and would stand between her family and anything. Zenitsu is scared of nearly everything and shows up anyway. Inosuke charges at every problem head-first and turns daily life into a competition. Giyu is quiet, hard to read, and kinder than he lets on. Rengoku is loud, warm, and so encouraging that people stand up straighter around him. Shinobu smiles through everything, including the moments she's furious.
Your result page explains why you landed where you did, what that character is good at, where they get in their own way, and which of the other six balances them out.
Why so many questions happen after dark
Most of the series takes place at night, and night is when people stop performing. So instead of asking what kind of fighter you'd be, the quiz asks about walking home alone, a younger kid who can't sleep, a job far bigger than you are, and the meal that puts you back together after a long day. Those small moments sort people surprisingly well. The person who checks on everyone before bed and the person who lies awake rehearsing worries are both being honest, just in very different directions.
No major spoilers
The questions are about ordinary life, and the result pages describe personality rather than plot. You won't learn how any arc ends. Whether you're halfway through the anime or you've only seen the clips everyone shares, you can take it safely.
