When a group stalls, you're the one who stands up. You don't wait to be asked and you don't apologize for taking the lead. You're confident, warm toward your own people, and very clear about who those people are. Walk into a room with you and everyone tends to know where to stand, partly because you've already told them.

Courage comes naturally to you, and so does protecting others. If someone in your circle is treated unfairly, you deal with it, loudly if necessary. You make decisions quickly, take responsibility when they go wrong, and give the people behind you a reason to feel braver. You're also more generous than your reputation suggests. You share credit, food, and your time, often all three.

Pride complicates things. You hate looking unsure, so you sometimes charge ahead when a little listening would have helped, and you can treat disagreement as a challenge instead of an idea. Being underestimated makes you furious. Try letting someone else lead something small this month, and watch closely while they do it. You'll learn more than you would from winning another argument.
