What is the South Park test?
The South Park test is a short personality quiz that matches you with one of the four boys at the center of the show (Cartman, Kyle, Stan, or Kenny) or with Butters, the kid they keep dragging along. It's the kind of quiz people post and then argue about. This page is a free version you can play directly in your browser. There is nothing to install and nothing to sign up for.
How it works
You answer twelve questions about ordinary situations: a group project, a plan that falls apart, a friend who needs help at a bad time. None of the questions mention the show, so you can't steer toward the character you want. The whole thing takes about two minutes.
Who can you get?
There are five possible results. Cartman is the schemer who treats every situation as a chance to win. Kyle is the one with principles, who will argue for an hour because something isn't fair. Stan is the level-headed friend who mostly wants everyone to calm down. Kenny is hard to hear, easy to underestimate, and braver than anyone gives him credit for. Butters is the sweet optimist who trusts people a little more than he should.
Every character has real strengths and a few obvious blind spots, and your result page explains both, along with the character you would get along with best.
Why your result might surprise you
Most people expect to get Stan or Kyle, because those two feel like the reasonable ones. But the questions measure how you actually behave, not how you see yourself. If you are the person who always ends up organizing the plan, bending the rules a little, and talking everyone into it, the quiz will notice. Answer with the first option that feels true rather than the one that sounds nicest, and the result will be a lot more accurate.
Share it and compare
When you finish, you get one emoji and one character. Send the link to a friend, have them take the test, and compare. Friend groups tend to split in funny ways, and there is almost always one Cartman who insists the quiz is rigged.
